BETT 2013; a success!

AzteQ has enjoyed a very constructive few days at Bett 2013. Many of AzteQ's existing clients attended the show and we were pleased to meet a significant number new clients too. Paul Hanlon, Account Manager commented; "It's been a very exciting week and it looks as if we're about to get very busy as a consequence!" 

BETT Awards 2013

AzteQ is delighted and proud to announce that it is on the shortlist for the prestigious Bett Awards 2013. We are informed by the organisers that “the quantity and quality of the response has been quite exceptional, and the judges have been through a tough but fascinating process to arrive at the finalists”. AzteQ is a finalist in the ICT Service and Support category. AzteQ is on stand F68.

OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Accreditation

AzteQ is pleased to announce that it has been accredited with the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Services OHSAS 18001:2007 for all operations. The OHSAS 18001 is an International Standard awarded to businesses demonstrating robust and consistent systems for occupational health and safety management.

Grant Smith, Director said: “Attaining OHSAS 18001 accreditation is a key milestone in our business plan as we aim to augment our other major accreditations that relate to quality, health, safety and the environment.”

​ISO 14001 Environmental Accreditation

AzteQ is pleased to announce that it has achieved ISO 14001 accreditation; the internationally recognised standard for the environmental management of businesses. AzteQ’s Environmental Management System provides a systematic way to discover and control the effects the company has on the environment and verifies compliance with current legislation.

Safecontractor Accreditation

In May 2012, AzteQ achieved safecontractor accreditation. The safecontractor scheme is designed to review and audit the health and safety policies, procedures and documentation of contractors.
Safecontractor qualified auditors take into consideration industry sector and business size, providing tailored safety audits to help identify whether there is suitable and sufficient health and safety compliance within the business.

Now that the auditing process has been successfully completed, AzteQ can use the safecontractor certificate as a means of demonstrating its level of health and safety compliance.

LGfL support company

AzteQ is pleased to announce that it is a Recognised Support Company for LGfL. This has been achieved by meeting a number of criteria including our experience of working with schools.

Touchscreen LCD for the classroom

AzteQ has introduced a range of large format interactive LCDs featuring crystal clear, pin sharp images, with optical touch interactive technology. Available with dual touch for Windows 7, toughened glass protection and all steel bezel for added durability, the LCDs range from 32” to 82”. All models are supplied in widescreen aspect ratio, running at 1080p high resolution from 42”, with no body shadow. Lamp life is a massive 50,000 hours! Every LCD is supplied with Lynx interactive whiteboard software and is available with electrical and mobile mounting accessories.

BETT 2012 and 2013

This year we were in the Grand Hall and enjoyed a very successful show. As well as our interactive touch screen and floor projection systems, ICT support proved of particular interest. AzteQ is looking forward to exhibiting at ExCeL in 2013. You'll find us at stand F68.
